Meet Our Pastors
Pastor Erica Allen, Author/Conference Speaker/Co-Pastor
A woman of great mercy and compassion, Pastor Erica, stands not only by her “man” and her two kids, but by and for all mankind. A gifted administrator and communicator, Pastor Erica has served the body of Christ faithfully since the age of eight with roles as a choir member to Special Events Coordinator; she epitomizes a spirit excellence in all that she does.
Professionally, Pastor Erica has and continues to experience success as an veteran in higher education. Prior to her family's move to Nashville, she led the enrollment management team at Belhaven College for four years as Director of Marketing and Admissions. She has served in various roles of student service, career planning and recruitment. She currently oversees the Marketing/public relations component for Walden University. She holds a Bachelor degree in Communications from Tennessee State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Belhaven College.
Standing upon John 15:16, Pastor Erica is charged to go and bring forth fruit, and fruit that remains. A natural evangelist and pastor, she loves to go out into the world to share the good news that Jesus truly saves and that He truly delivers and that after salvation, Jesus continues to love, equip and favor all God's children. With a beaming smile, a caring heart and a passionate word, Pastor Erica shares her testimony to women of how she overcame a childhood of sickness, insecurity and the need to please people. While still an overachiever, today Pastor only strives to please the Father. Her message of hope, joy and faith has proven to rescue women across this country from the trap of the enemy and releases them to experience real love and true intimacy with Jesus Christ!
